Ánnámáret Ensemble has irresistible sound of their own. The band combines Sámi singing tradition with acoustic folk music adding some spices from melodic pop and classical music to it. The finishing touch comes from the delicate electric programming and the result is a modern mixture of different kind of worlds: ensembles music sounds fresh and classy at the same time. Ánnámáret Ensemble’s musicians are internationally recognized Finnish folk musicians and the solo vocalist Anna Näkkäläjärvi-Länsman represents the new generation of Sámi musicians. Anna Näkkäläjärvi-Länsman is also the composer and lyricist of the ensemble´s songs.
